L'Italiano Porticando offers, furthermore, topic related one week courses which include the language course as well as the extra-curricular activities, as for example "Italian for Gourmets", "Christmas in a different way" or "Italian and the Holy Shroud" or "Italian and FIAT". Thus, giving the student the possibility to practise the language and their hobbies and interests during their holidays in Piedmont.

The school organizes upon request special and job related courses, such as courses on business Italian.

Cultural Courses and extra-curricular activities

Private lessons, courses in small groups and standard courses can be
integrated with the school's cultural courses, which enrich the language course with knowledge about the place visited and with many different extra-curricular activities.

Furthermore the school proposes regularly walks in the city centre, at the market, aperitifs at school etc., which help to get to know better the surroundings and the daily life of this city and which, of course, have the aim to practise Italian also outside the classroom. These activities are included in the course fee and not charged separately.

Course duration

The duration of a course depends on the type of course chosen and on the student's needs. It means that a student can sign up from one week, to four weeks for an entire level, to several months.

Language holiday courses and topic related courses are normally one-week or two-week courses, but can be
individually by the participants through adding private lessons, courses in small groups, or standard courses.
